First Polyester Cover

To create an entertainment facility in the amphitheater for the winter, the architects Finn Geipel and Nicolas Michelin created a removable structure for the City of Nîmes: an inflatable cover attached to a metallic structure. For 15 years, from 1988 to 2003, the "bubble" was installed between October and April and removed for the rest of the year.
